The prices in the institution’s shop are inflated by approximately 30–70 per cent. Since the convicts are a socially vulnerable category of the population, such abuses are unacceptable.

The monitors have significant suspicions that the labour rights of inmates are being grossly violated at the facility's production site and that some of them are working without a proper formalisation of employment relations with the enterprise.

Due to total underfunding, the administration is forced to carry out only current repairs each year, so the money spent does not improve the conditions of detention in any way and is spent only on maintaining the existing state.

Before the start of personal legal consultations in the head of the institution’s office, representatives of the administration brought a separate chair for the prisoners, arguing that prisoners are ‘not allowed’ to sit on the chairs used by everyone else. This is a manifestation of an attitude towards prisoners as second-class citizens.
